We must be the most benign hegemon in the history of the world considering we take no land and require no reimbursement and largely leave the countries we land in to their own devices — with a hopeful bent towards western democratic institutions.

This could show that for many of the people surveyed across the globe it appears that the notion of the ‘American Dream’ is still alive.
